This family went above and beyond to answer our call quickly when our basement flooded this winter. Tasha helped put my mind at ease with her knowledge on communicating with insurance companies. Quick to respond, easy to work with. They were at our house within an hour of our call to assess damage and what clean up would look like. I’m incredibly thankful they are who we decided to call.

The crew cleaned up a mess left behind by squatters. They did a great job. The only feedback that I have is that customers need to be told the limits of what Team 406 can't dispose or recycle. Tires, some appliances, etc. are difficult to get rid of, and customers should know the limitations up front.
